Bois d'Armenie: The newest essence in Guerlain's L'Art et La Matiere Collection. It is a smoky, spicy fragrance with wonderful sillage and a real presence on the skin. Head notes include iris and incense with a heart of coriander, saintwood and benzoin in a warm musky patchouli base.
I will be wearing this one often. I want to say it feels like a gypsy scent, but it is so elegant as well. Another mysterious and provocative fragrance from Guerlain. The Perfumer is Annick Menardo who also conjured up Hypnotic Poison for Dior.
